How is the purchase made?
When you buy a gift card, you enter the recipient's email address at the time of purchase. You will receive a confirmation of your purchase by email, and the gift voucher itself will be sent to the recipient by email within 24 hours.
How does the recipient use the gift card?
The gift card can be used for a new Dentme Membership. It can also be added to the value of an already active Membership via "My accounts".
What happens if the beneficiary is denied Membership?
When a new Membership is taken out, an individual assessment is always carried out at the time of the first Examination to ensure that the right care is offered. In the unlikely event that the recipient cannot be offered Membership, the full amount will be refunded to the person who purchased the gift card. At present, over 90% are approved.
Can the gift card be combined with other promotions?
The gift card cannot be combined with other promotions.
