Annual check-up

Regular dental visits help you keep your teeth and gums healthy. As a Member, you will receive Annual check-ups where our experienced dentists will carefully examine your mouth and take X-rays to prevent any problems early on. After the visit, you will receive personalized advice for your oral health. Your dental allowance (ATB) will be deducted automatically, even at the first Examination if you are a new Member.

Repairs/fillings

As a member of Dentme, the repair of cavities is of course included. Cavities, also known as tooth decay, can occur when bacteria break down tooth enamel. To prevent the damage from getting worse, the tooth is repaired with a filling that restores both function and shape. Fillings are an important part of keeping teeth healthy and strong over time and are a natural part of our dental care.

Extraction of teeth

Should the need arise, we will of course help to remove damaged teeth. As a member of Dentme, this is included at no extra cost. If a tooth has suffered extensive damage or infection, it may sometimes be necessary to remove it to avoid future problems and protect your oral health.By having tooth extraction included in your Membership, you can be confident that you will get the treatment you need when you really need it.

Tartar removal, cleaning & polishing

Regular professional cleaning and polishing keeps your mouth healthy by removing plaque and tartar, preventing gum disease and tooth decay. Polishing removes discoloration and smoothes teeth to reduce plaque adhesion. Membership includes one visit per year for tartar removal, tailored to your personal care needs. Should you need more treatment, this can be added at cost price.

Acute care

Should acute problems arise, such as toothache, lost fillings or infections, as a member of Dentme you are always covered by our emergency dental care without paying anything extra. You can rest assured that you will receive fast and effective treatment when you need it most, with no Deductible or extra costs.

X-ray

To get a clearer picture of your teeth, roots and jawbone, your dentist uses X-rays to detect problems that are not always visible during a regular examination, such as cavities between teeth, infections or injuries. OPG and CBCT, which are included in your Membership, are used to provide an overall picture of your teeth and jaws and to examine more complex cases.

Add-on treatments

As a member of Dentme, all necessary dental care for healthy and strong teeth is basically included. More advanced or aesthetic treatments, such as teeth whitening, braces, root canals, crowns, implants and Invisalign, are not included in the monthly subscription, but are always offered at the best prices on the market and with the same high quality, directly at our clinics.

About your Membership

Frequently asked questions

What does Membership mean?

Membership with us is available to those aged 18 or over and starts with a dental examination to ensure we can provide the right care for your needs. Once you've been approved as a Member, you'll pay a fixed monthly fee of £149, which covers your regular Examinations and other necessary treatments such as fillings, tooth extractions and much more. Become a member for no more than €149/month or €1490/year

Do I need to do an Examination before I can become a Member?

A Membership with us starts with a dental examination that we perform at our clinic. We do this to ensure that we can provide the right care for your needs. The Examination is booked directly when you apply for Membership. Even if you need any treatment included in the Membership after you have been approved, you pay no more than 149:-/month or 1490:-/year, you decide!

How often can I book a visit?

We recommend an Annual check-up visit. Your dentist will set up an individual treatment plan and may suggest more frequent visits if this is better for you and your teeth. Regular visits help prevent dental problems and ensure good long-term dental health. As a Member, you can also reach our dentists via online chat on the website.

Can I become a member if I have cavities or other dental problems?

Yes, at your first free Examination we will carry out an individual assessment to ensure that Dentme can help you maintain good oral health in the long term. Once you've been accepted as a Member, we'll also schedule any repairs or procedures that need to be done straight away. These are then included as part of your Membership. You only pay SEK 149 per month regardless.

Can I cancel my Membership whenever I want?

Yes, as we have no Commitment period, you can end your Membership whenever you want. However, you may want to know that the earliest you can apply to become a Member again is five years after you terminated your Membership. We cannot guarantee a future place or Membership, as availability is limited.

If you choose to pay annually, you can only cancel until your last payment date, you are of course covered for care during your subscription period regardless!

Can I be denied Membership?

Yes, Membership may be refused if, at the time of your initial Examination, the dentist considers that Dentme cannot currently meet your dental needs. In this case, we will recommend another provider who can better serve you. The Examination is free of charge for you - we will primarily use your General Dental Allowance (GDA) if it is available. Once your dental needs have been addressed, you are welcome to apply for Membership again. See full terms and conditions at:www.dentme.com/terms-and-conditions

What happens if I miss an appointment?

Missed appointments are not covered by your Membership. To avoid being charged, it is important that you cancel your appointment at least 24 hours before your visit if you are unable to attend. Missed visits or cancellations made later than 24 hours before your appointment will be charged SEK 399.

How does my dental allowance work?

The general dental care allowance is a financial support from Försäkringskassan that you receive automatically every year. The amount is either SEK 300 or SEK 600, depending on your age, and can be used for dental care covered by the national dental care allowance - for example, examinations, preventive care and regular treatments. The grant is awarded on July 1 each year and can be saved for up to two years.

At Dentme, everything is included in your monthly fee - even the government dental subsidy. When you come in for your annual Examination, we'll make sure to automatically apply the allowance you're entitled to. You don't need to keep track of the amount or date - we do it for you. And even if you don't have any allowance to use at that time, your Price won't be affected.

Please note that if you are refused Membership as a new patient, your ATB will be deducted at the time of the initial Examination. We want taking care of your dental health to be as easy, safe and transparent as possible.
