Delete your Dentme account
You can request deletion of your Dentme account and associated personal data even if you no longer have the app. Dentme Sverige AB handles your request.
Send your request
Email dataskydd@dentme.com from the email address linked to your account and say that you want to delete your Dentme account. You do not need to install the app or sign in. Do not include your personal identity number, dental records or payment card details in the email.
What happens next?
Customer service may need to verify your identity before completing the request. We will explain the next steps and confirm when your request has been handled. If you have an active membership, we will help you handle it under its terms. Uninstalling the app does not cancel your membership.
What data does this cover?
The request covers your account and associated personal data, such as contact details, chats and saved payment methods. Data that must be retained by law, such as dental and accounting records, is retained under the rules in our privacy notice. We will explain which data needs to be retained and why.
